terms of service

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING!!

Payment must be in USD through PayPal.
Make sure to pay up front if you are able to. I can do payment plans, however i prefer not to. If you choose to do a payment plan, it must be 50% payed up front, and the rest to be paid for me to start the commission.If there is any reason as to why you must back out from this commission, I will only refund if no work has been started.

When commissioning me, please have an unshaded ref sheet on your character ready! If you don't have a completed ref sheet, artwork of your character works fine, as long as i can see the marking and colours clearly and unshaded.feel free to show me art examples of what pose or expression you'd like! I will work with references however i will not directly copy that reference copy that style/artwork :)

After a sketch has been approved, I will not do any free edits to the pose or props. Pose chages or edits past the sketch phase will come with an extra cost depending on complexity. Slight colour changes that don't require changing the line art may be free, it depends on complexity.

Once you have fully paid for your commission, I begin within 1-7 days of the full payment.
Depending on the complexity of the commission or idea, the overall completion time can take 1-2 months. Please keep in mind that my mental health may effect my art flow and how long i can take on commissionsOnce I have finished the commission, you will have the rights to the artwork, HOWEVER! You are not allowed to:
Trace, Claim the artwork as your own or resell for your own profit. When receiving this commission, you must give full credit when posting the artwork publicly. If you are looking for art for commercial use, talk to me for details!.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.Communication
After payment is sent, I'm generally am quite good at keeping up with work in progresses and any questions asked. If I don't reply straight away, I may be busy. Sometimes I get easily overwhelmed by messages, if I don't respond after a few days, don't be shy to send another message :)Note: if you choose to hassle me or speak rudely to me, I will decline your commission.
If any part of the Terms Of Service are breached, this will result in you being blocked or blacklisted from commissioning me in future.

Will and wonts

I wont draw humans or full mech/robots. I struggling too much with both and wont be able to draw them well unfortunately. Characters with slight mechanical elements are fine though! I will not draw anything to do with hate speach/symbols. If you are unsure if i will draw a character or idea you have, just ask me!

Depending on the complexity of the character or idea will add an increase to the base price as $10-$30 extra.Backgrounds are normally a plain colour or a simple styled background.
For complex backgrounds +$25 onto the base price
